Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of this service and constitute a binding agreement. Accessing or using any feature indicates acceptance. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. These Terms may be updated periodically.

Registration Obligations

Account creation requires a unique email and password. You guarantee that all registration information is accurate and current. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Unauthorized access due to shared or weak credentials remains your liability.

Permitted Uses

The service is provided for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to infringe any third-party rights or commit unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, and distributing harmful content. Violations may result in immediate termination.

User Content

Any content you upload remains your property, subject to the license granted for operation. You warrant that you hold all rights to your content. The service may remove any content violating these Terms or applicable law. We assume no responsibility for third-party claims.

Payment and Fees

Access to premium features requires payment of the fees displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Payment failures may suspend or terminate premium access.

Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You remain responsible for any existing charges.

Service Modification

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance. No compensation is owed for modifications. Continued use signals acceptance.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for security concerns. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately. You must delete any downloaded copies of materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, design, and content are retained by their owners. You are granted only a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal remedies apply for infringement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Use is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes shall pursue informal negotiation before arbitration or court proceedings. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
